What happens to what you send us.

When you ask for a free call, you give us a few details. Here is what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your website, if you give one.
• What you run and where you think it's leaking.
• The page you sent the form from, the site that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you used.

We don't store your IP address.

Why

To set up your free call and follow up about it. That's all we use it for.

Where it's kept

Your request is saved in a private file store at our website host, Vercel, which only we can open. We copy it into our own work tracker so we can reply. We also get a short notice in a private Telegram chat with your name, what you run, where it's leaking and your website. Your email address isn't in that notice.

The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them like it does on many sites.

We don't sell it

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for advertising.

Deleting it

Email hello@beatcohq.com and ask us to delete your details. We'll delete them and tell you when it's done.
